That is true! My dad tells me that all the time. He prides himself in not growing green potatos! (thanks for the youtube cg link, that guys stuff is amazing! People that use their left and right brains boggle my mind!)

Don't eat bad potatoes. The green ones contain high levels of a paralyzing toxin as a defense mechanism against bugs and small mammals.
